Where do we ship?
We ship internationally! Just enter your address into our checkout form to confirm if we send it to your location.
When will you ship my order?
We aim to have your order processed within 1 to 2 business days. It will then be dispatched. However, please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods.
Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing/delivery during peak trading seasons.
After the goods are dispatched, how long does for standard shipping to deliver the package?
For orders within the United Estate and Canada, the orders are usually delivered within 1-2 or 7-10 business days of dispatch depending on the day of the week.
For international orders, the estimated delivery time can vary between countries. However, we expect it will take 5-7 business days.
How can I track my order?
Tracking is only available using our express shipping methods for international orders. UK orders are signed-for so we can make sure the item gets to you safely. Our standard shipping does not include tracking information. If you chose an express shipping, your tracking information will be sent via your email. If you have any queries, don’t hesitate to contact us.
For UK orders, tracking is only available with our First Class Tracked shipping option.

If you have not received your item or there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. There may be some unexpected delays with customs, especially given COVID's impact on logistics.
